Payment Procedure:

To confirm the rental booking you have to pay online a deposit of 20% of the total amount. The balance is to be paid when you collect the rental car in Rhodes Island.

1^st Method: Visa Card, MasterCard , Visa Electron , Maestro (Debit Card).

2^nd Method: PAY PAL

Cancellation Policy:

 We accept any cancellation. one month before your booking with no any charge for you

Any cancellation that take place less that a month away from your booking date you will get charge 20% of your total rental cost

Any cancellation that take place less that a week away from your booking date you will get charge 80% of your total cost

Minimum Rental Period On -line:

The delivery is free everywhere

• 3 days : for pick up and drop off to our offices in Pefki, Lardos, Lothiarika and Kamari Beach Hotel or if you like free delivery to your hotel -villa or any  accommodation  in the area between  LINDOS _ LARDOS _ KALATHOS _ KIOTARI
• 7 days : all the other areas in Rhodes Island (free of charge  car  delivery)
• 7 days: Airport - Port delivery.(free Airport - Port  car delivery)

Pick up Areas:

Airport:

We can deliver the car for you at the Rhodes Airport Diagoras (pick up and drop off) at any time you like for minimum car hire rental 7 days  at no extra cost.

Hotel-Villas-Houses:

We can deliver the car for you at any hotel –villa –any accommodation you desire.

      Starting renting time from 09:00 AM till 21:00PM  the last day

or   Starting renting time from 21:00PM till 21:00 PM the last day

 (For areas like Lindos –Lardos – Pefki – Kiotari – Kalathos – Vlicha or close to them we provide free car delivery, for minimum 4 days rental.

All the other areas far from Lardos & Lindos is required 7 days minimum rental (for example if you require a car in Rhodes Town is required 7 days rental)

Driver’s information

Rental Age:

The minimum rental age is 21 years old for car group A-B-C and 23 years for all the other car groups.

The maximum rental age is 75 years old.

License Requirements:

For your car rental procedure we need a valid EU or International Driving License that have been held for at least one year.

Your renting car is delivered to you with some petrol, you have to return back the car with the same level of petrol otherwise any difference will be charge.

Fines & Penalties:

The whole duration you are rending the car (your contract period) you are responsible for any penalties by the police or parking fines to this car in Rhodes Island.

Insurance Policy

Collision damage waiver is the insurance that will provide cover for damage to the rented vehicle. This insurance is included in your car hire total price.

Theft Protection Coverage:

The Theft Waiver insurance is included in your car rental cost and there are no excess charges.
